The new "American Idol" judge touched down at the airport on Saturday (October 16) before being escorted to the hotel La Concha. Once settled in, Miss Lopez changed up outfits as she joined her sister Linda to pay a charitable visit to the pediatric hospital at Puerto Rico's medical center. That same night Jennifer Performed No Me Ames at the Jos� Miguel Agrelot Coliseum.
